Basic Duties:
Ability to work with Vendors, Suppliers, and Corporate Clients
Ability to communicate and interact at an executive level
Ability to track, organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects with limited supervision
Provide direction to the database development, maintenance and integration development teams
Work with staff to develop and implement test and deployment plans
Provide leadership in the development and implementation of short-term technology plans
General Knowledge:
SQL - MS SQL server
RDBMS
Stored Procedures
Triggers
DTS
Web Services
XML
Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience in Microsoft SQL technologies, Internet/Web based technologies and distributed systems
Experience in database architecture, modeling, and development
Must be very strong in SQL 2000
Experience with windows 2000, html, unix, and FPLC is a big plus
Ideal candidate will design, monitor, maintain, and tune production SQL database with ensuring high levels of data availability.
Responsible for developing and maintaining database policies and procedures, ensuring database integrity and integration with
