We are looking for a talented, Business Technology Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technology experience with SQL and Excel. This position reports directly to the Director of Management Information.
Required Qualifications: · Proficient with SQL commands to:
o Perform complex multiple table query joins.
o Create, update, and maintain stored procedures.
o Create, update, and maintain tables.
· Understanding of relational databases.
· Understanding of basic programming algorithms and program flow.
· Ability to present technical/complex information in a simple and straightforward manner.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organization.
Pluses:
· Experience in SQL Server 2000/2005.
· Understanding of data warehousing.
· Understanding of SQL Server Reporting Services.
· Understanding of VisualBasic.NET.
Responsibilities:
· Develop new/enhance existing tables and stored procedures to support reports based upon user requests.
· Develop new/enhance existing user-friendly, understandable, and configurable reports.
· Modify/upgrade/enhance existing database structure & reporting system.
· Respond to high priority ad-hoc data requests from various parts of the business.
· Work with business partners to understand and clarify requirements.
