RIP: Ken Henderson, 1966 – 2008

It is with great sadness that I report that at the young age of 41, Ken Henderson passed away on January, 27th.  Many of us are familiar with his many “Guru’s Guide to SQL” books.  I’ve spent many hours with his books.
